WHEN IS THE THUNDER RIDGE AIRSHOW?

The Thunder Ridge Airshow will take place on Thursday, July 4th, and Friday, July 5th 2024.

WHERE IS THE AIR SHOW?

The Thunder Ridge Airshow will be at the breathtaking Thunder Ridge Nature Arena in Ridgedale, MO. Celebrate Independence Day and be among the first guests inside Johnny Morris’ unparalleled outdoor live entertainment experience located in the heart of the Ozarks.

WHAT TIME DOES THE SHOW START?

The gates will open at approximately 9:00 a.m. on Thursday, July 4. The show will start at 10:30 a.m. and end around 4:30 p.m.

The gates will open at approximately 10:30 a.m. on Friday, July 5. The show will start at 12:00 p.m. and the concert will begin at 7:00 p.m.

IS THE SHOW THE SAME ON BOTH THURSDAY & FRIDAY?

The Thunder Ridge Airshow performers will vary between both days. There may be some variations depending on special aircraft, which may make only a one-day-fly-by appearance but the general performance schedule of the F-22 Raptor Demo Team is planned to be the same on both days. On Friday, July 5, the Thunder Ridge Airshow will include a performance from rising country music sensation, Austin Snell.

On Thursday, July 4, the show will be from approximately 10:30 a.m. - 4:30 p.m. and is an airshow only. On Friday, July 5, the show will be from approximately 12:00 p.m. - 6:00 p.m. followed by a concert which will begin at approximately 7:00 p.m. Schedules and acts are subject to change without notice due to mechanical and/or other conditions. Times of flight for each performer will not be posted due to security issues.

DO I NEED TICKETS? WHAT TICKETS ARE AVAILABLE?

Yes, all admissions to the Thunder Ridge Airshow will require a ticket. Several ticket options and pricing levels are available. Guests will be prompted to choose their ticket type and pay for parking when buying their event tickets on Ticketmaster.com.

Tickets include access to the Thunder Ridge Airshow and all scheduled performances. You will be able to purchase food, drinks, merchandise, and souvenirs from the various vendors and retailers on-site.

Tickets will no longer be available to print at home, through email, or by mail. Before arriving at your event, please download the Ticketmaster app on your mobile device and locate your tickets in your account. Save your tickets in your mobile wallet on your phone before arriving at the venue. Upon arrival, you will pull up your tickets from your mobile wallet, present them to the ticket scanner who will scan the barcode, and you’re in.

WHAT IF IT RAINS?

The Thunder Ridge Airshow is a rain or shine event. Tickets are for the Thunder Ridge Airshow, not for a specific performer. Unfortunately, there are no refunds, regardless of the weather. As the show is rain or shine, performers can adjust their flying to various weather conditions. Tickets are day-specific and cannot be exchanged for another day.

CAN I BRING MY PET?

While we love pets, pets are NOT allowed at the Thunder Ridge Airshow other than service animals.

WILL THERE BE SHADE?

Air shows are held under an open sky to allow for premium viewing opportunities. Please bring hats, sunglasses, and non-aerosol sunscreen. You may also bring a small personal umbrella and chair. No large umbrellas, tents, or canopies are allowed. Umbrellas will not be allowed in the Premium Seating areas.

HOW DOES THE CENTER LAWN RESERVED WORK?

CAN SOMEONE WITH A GA TICKET ENTER THE RESERVED LAWN?

No. Those with general admission tickets will not be allowed into the Center Lawn Reserved seating area. You must have a Center Lawn Reserved ticket to be allowed entry into the reserved lawn area.

CAN I LEAVE TO GO TO MY CAR AND COME BACK?

For security purposes and general event logistics, re-entry will NOT be allowed once you have exited the air show.

CAN I FLY IN TO THE THUNDER RIDGE AIRSHOW?

You may fly-in to the Branson Airport (KBBG), preferably arriving prior to 10:00 a.m. on Thursday, July 4 and Friday, July 5. Please contact the Branson Jet Center directly to make arrangements by calling 417-334-8234. Due to the anticipation of this event, it is highly recommended you make advance arrangements with Branson Jet Center. You may pre-purchase your Thunder Ridge Airshow tickets online in advance.

As indicated above, the Thunder Ridge Airshow is a NO DRONE ZONE. No drones of any kind will be allowed.

DO I NEED EAR PROTECTION?

It is recommended to use ear plugs to reduce the noise levels for some performers.

IS IT ALL SEATING OR STANDING ROOM ONLY?

No. Thunder Ridge Nature Arena is a cashless venue.

CAN I GET A REFUND OR EXCHANGE?

All sales are final. Thunder Ridge Airshow is a rain or shine event. A ticket is for the Thunder Ridge Airshow, not for a specific act or performer. Unfortunately, there are no refunds, regardless of the weather.

WILL THERE BE FOOD AND DRINK AVAILABLE FOR PURCHASE?

Yes. A variety of food and beverage concessions will be available for purchase throughout areas of the venue.

WHERE CAN I PURCHASE OFFICIAL THUNDER RIDGE AIRSHOW
MERCHANDISE?

Limited Thunder Ridge Airshow merchandise will be available at the venue. However, we have an online store for you to purchase items and we’ll ship them directly to your door so you don’t have to carry them around the show! Supplies are limited so check out our online store HERE.
